Dermal Fillers are made of hyaluronic acid (HA), a naturally occurring substance that binds to water. The gel-like liquid is injected under the skin to take up the extra space that has been created from your body’s loss of collagen. Nearly all dermal fillers are *reversible with the exception of collagen stimulators (Radiesse, Bellafil and Sculptra).

*If you are new to dermal fillers, rest assured that nearly all dermal fillers can be reversed. The exceptions are collagen stimulating fillers such as Bellafil, Radiesse and Sculptra. A solution of hyaluronidase/vitrase can be injected into the area to dissolve the filler.
