Refer a friend to GSC Rejuvenations and your friend will receive $20 OFF their first visit!

As a way to thank you for your support and referrals, we will reward you with a $20 gift certificate to be used on any product or service we offer.  The more you refer the more you earn!  There is no limit to the number of referral gift certificates you can obtain.

When referring your friend, family member or colleague, be sure to tell them to write your full name on their paperwork.  This is important to remember because this is the only way you can earn your $20 gift certificate.  Due to the Patient Privacy Act (also known as HIPPA) under no circumstances can we confirm or deny that anyone has been to GSC Rejuvenations regardless of your relation to the person, so we can only rely on what is recorded on a new client's paperwork.

 

Terms & Conditions

 

* A minimum purchase of $150 by the referred client is required to qualify for the referral program.  Only one referrer credit will be granted per each new referral client, multiple referrers cannot claim the same referral.  Referral gift certificates expire 12 months from issue date and are non-transferable.  Gift certificates may not be used toward previous purchases, redeemed for cash or applied to balances due.  Botox parties excluded from this program.  Program details are subject to change.
